Founded in Portland, Oregon in 1998, Urbaca is a commission based teaching salon built on teamwork, education, the finer points of service, and creative evolution.

We offer team members consistent skill sharpening classes, health benefits and opportunities for national/international travel.

Clientele is a bonus, but we will train the right person. The majority of our skin business is waxing, the ability to do great brows is essential.
