We are seeking an experienced Assistant Spa Manager who is energetic, friendly, and open-minded. A business-savvy, marketing oriented, enthusiastic leader to support the spa’s growth and development. The successful candidate will be assisting the Spa Director in all areas as needed. This position includes driving business development in order to meet sales goals and to ensure the execution of the spa’s daily operations that support new client acquisition and retention. Create and organize spa promotions and marketing: both online and within the neighborhood. Must be able to identify and drive revenue opportunities. Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. EXCELLENT MARKETING SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the spa business. • Must be well groomed, articulate, and presentable.
• A leader, but also a team player, with a self-motivated working style.
• Proven ability to manage teams to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must!
• Strong analytical thinking and financial skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks.
• Knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Spa Boom, and Spa Finder..etc.
• Experience in marketing is required.
• Three years of spa experience.
• Must be reliable, enthusiastic, personable and ambitious.
